- If you have been given a gift card, you must bring it with you at the time of your appointment. Gift cards are good for a year after the date of purchase.
- If you are a new client, it is important that you arrive 25 minutes early to allow time to change clothes, fill out some information, and most importantly- relax and not feel rushed.
- If you are a regular client and you know your way around the spa, please arrive 15 minutes early.
- If you are having a nail service performed, please arrive 5 minutes early. Be sure to bring sandals for pedicures.
- If you wish to use the hydrotherapy tub or soaking pools before or after any of your treatments, these are 20-25 minute sessions. Please request either service at the time you are booking your appointment.
- Many of our services require the use of oils, which may get in you hair. If you wish to shampoo you hair afterward, please let us know when making your appointment so that we can add extra time to your schedule.
- If you are visiting us for any of our "spa indulgence packages" and will be enjoying our catered lunch, we allow one hour for you to eat lunch and then shower. We provide salon shampoos, conditioners, and hair styling implements.
- Casual/comfortable clothing is very appropriate attire. No need for jewelry or makeup- we provide a wonderful makeup bar, stocked with the latest colors, for use after your services.
- We suggest wearing nothing for your massage. Because you are covered at all times, you should wear undergarments only if it makes you feel comfortable. Your massages will be much more beneficial.
- For women receiving tub treatments and wraps, we offer disposable paper bikini bottoms. You may bring a bathing suit (note staining may occur) or wear an old pair of undergarments. Men should wear disposable boxers (provided) or bathing trunks.
- Always drink plenty of water before and after service to help flush out released toxins.
- If time allows, schedule a mosaic soaking pool before massage appointment to prepare the muscles for your massage.
- If time allows, give yourself two hours after your massage to rest. This will help you to fully benefit from the healing and relaxing properties of the massage.
- Arrive to appointment, without makeup on skin, if possible.
- If preparing for special occasion, schedule facial at least 2-3 days prior to event.
- If situation allows, leave skin bare for 24 hours after facial to give skin full benefits of products and service received
- When scheduling body waxing, make sure hair is ¼ an inch long. (approximately 2 week's worth of growth.)
- If you have sensitive skin, take a pain reliever (Tylenol or
Advil) 30 minutes prior to your appointment.
- If redness occurs after facial waxing, apply cold compress to affected area. We also offer specialty cosmetics to help reduce the signs of redness, ask your technician.
- If preparing for special occasion, schedule waxing 24-48 hours before event.
- Wear loose clothing for tanning appointments.
- Schedule a professional body exfoliation prior to tanning application to prepare skin for tanning product.
(note: always exfoliate body in bath or shower before any self tan application)
- Refrain from showering or bathing for at least 12 hours after application, 24 hours is preferred.
- If preparing for a special occasion, schedule appointment 36- 48 hours before event.
